Construction management is our preferred delivery method. As a construction manager, we can become involved with a project from the outset and provide our input and expertise on a myriad of issues, such as pricing, schedule, constructability, site safety, logistics, etc. It also allows us to work on an open-book basis and to really focus on understanding the specific needs of our clients and developing a construction program suited to each job.
