Full interior fit-out of a 7,630 SF bioscience incubator for John B. Pierce Laboratory. The new lab space is a mix of private and shared wet labs and offices, including 4 private or semi-private labs; one shared-bench lab with 14 benches; and 8 offices. The incubator has the capacity to launch up to 19 bioscience startups, helping to facilitate the growing demand for biotech space in New Haven.
