Located in the East Rock neighborhood, the former house is now used as the Episcopalian seminary building affiliated with the Yale Divinity School. The project entailed interior renovations throughout the four floors, including a first floor updated kitchen and reconfigured multi-purpose dining space/assembly hall, second floor guest apartment, third floor living space, and adding a LULA elevator along with new four-story emergency egress stairs. Air conditioning and HVAC improvements were also added. Extensive exterior site work included dropping the site below grade for new ADA entry ways and a large bluestone terrace along the rear of the building for outdoor activities and reconfigured site work for the main entry way.
