Great Commission Hall - Overseas Ministries Study Center

New Residential Dormitory (New Haven, Connecticut)

In 1922 the daughters of Gospel hymn writer William Howard Doane founded OMSC in Ventnor, New Jersey. The center relocated in 1987 to New Haven, Connecticut. "OMSC invites missionaries, international church leaders, and others to live in community where they find spiritual renewal and professional challenge." They provide residential housing apartments, from efficiencies to three bedroom, so they may offer OMSC parishioners longer-term residency when traveling to the center to participate in seminars. Babbidge Construction provided Construction Management Services of a new 14,000 SF dormitory on a notably tight site. Featured work included kitchen and bathrooms, masonry, extensive site work, foundations, wood and steel framing, brick veneer, finishes and MEP systems. 205 Whitney Avenue, New Haven, Connecticut 203.562.5559 info@babbidge.com
