Battell Chapel is Yale University's largest chapel and one of the locations on the Connecticut Freedom Trail. It was originally designed by Russell Sturgis, Jr.; enlarged in 1893 by architect J. Cleveland Cady and aspe added in 1947. Architect, Herbert S.
